From past patterns, trends and live data feeds, Platted can usually predict your platform well before the station boards show it. It keeps its own record of every train, so before the platform is confirmed the board shows where this train usually stands and how often. Once you are moving, it shows when it usually arrives.

When it goes wrong, your buddy stays with you. If your train is cancelled, it names the next train that gets you there, says whether your ticket is valid on it, and follows it in one tap. If your train is late, it says why, in the railway's own words. If you arrive late enough to claim, one nudge says who to claim Delay Repay from, and Previous journeys keeps what the claim form asks for, for 13 months.
