Delay Repay with Island Line
Island Line, from Ryde Pier Head to Shanklin, is run by South Western Railway, and has no claim page of its own. A late Island Line train is claimed through SWR's Delay Repay scheme, from 15 minutes late, within 28 days of your journey.

These are SWR's rates. Its pages do not name Island Line, but SWR runs the line and applies its scheme to journeys with it. Singles and returns are a share of the whole ticket price.
How to claim
Claim on SWR's Delay Repay site, registering the first time, or on SWR's paper form posted to Freepost SWR DELAY REPAY. On Island Line you can buy your ticket from the guard, so keep it: a photo of the ticket is what the form wants. Ferries and through tickets
If your ticket includes the ferry or hovercraft to the island, SWR pays only for delays to the rail part. A late crossing is a matter for the ferry company.
