Stansted Express pays Delay Repay from 15 minutes late. It is run by Greater Anglia, so the claim goes on Greater Anglia's form, within 28 days of the delay.

How to claim
Claim on the Greater Anglia website, or download the form and post it to Freepost GREATER ANGLIA CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Paying by contactless? Include your TfL contactless journey history showing the fare. Do not send full card numbers or bank details. Payment usually comes within 14 days of approval. Worth knowing
- Claims are not normally accepted if you were told about the delay before you travelled.
- Compensation is not usually paid during planned engineering or when replacement buses run.
- Taxis, hotels or a missed flight are not Delay Repay. Stansted Express points you to your travel insurance for those.
- If you did not travel, ask for a refund instead.
